LUG'S BELT began, as a demo, at the Polaris Shipyard on turn 170 but evolved into a real ship at Vega and vicinity. I consider Vega to be the home of LUG'S BELT.

Why "LUG'S BELT"? Lug's (Lugh) Belt (pronounced loog as in loot) is the ancient Celtic name for our galaxy, which we now call Milky Way. Please note: LUG'S BELT is written in all upper case letters (I live near the Atlantic and every ship I've ever seen is named this way).
