If I am the smaller ship, I will hail. Because of my job, I will not be able to hail you until eighteen hours or so after turn run. So please be patient, I will hail you eventually.

If you are the smaller ship I will expect a hail at least twenty-four hours before the next turn. If you hail me after the twenty-four hour mark, I make no guarantees that I will receive your hail. If you have no flag set then I may attempt a salvage operation (if my weaponry officer feels like coming up with a battle plan. He is more interested in draining my ship's alcohol supply).
